You take a ticket, you wait, and you wait some more. It's a process that can turn into a frustrating waste of time—time that could be better spent doing almost anything else.
This is why, as part of our commitment to providing what we call elevated primary care, we offer a concierge lab experience. But what does that really mean? Let’s take a walk through it.

When your physician determines that lab work is necessary, the process begins with a personal touch. Our medical assistant will reach out to you directly, arranging a convenient time for your blood draw. This could be as simple as a quick text or selecting from a list of available times that align with your schedule. No need to rearrange your entire day or spend hours in a waiting room.
We also guide you on the necessary preparations—whether that means advising you on which supplements to hold or continue, or whether fasting is appropriate for your specific tests.
When you arrive for your blood draw, you’ll notice immediately that this is not your typical lab experience. There’s no line, no need to check in, and certainly no waiting. You’re greeted right at the door at the time of your appointment and escorted directly into our Wellness Lab—a space that’s intentionally designed to offer both comfort and calm. It’s a serene environment that’s a far cry from the sterile, impersonal settings of most lab facilities. Here, we’ve thoughtfully curated the space with your experience in mind. Imagine settling into a cozy wing-backed chair, with artwork adorning the walls—each piece chosen to create a sense of tranquility.
Comprehensive & Tailored Testing
In the Wellness Lab, our medical assistant will confirm the labs that need to be drawn. (Based on your specific goals, we often suggest a more comprehensive analysis to give a much better picture of your health than a simple blood panel would provide). You’ll be seated in one of our comfortable chairs, and with a level of care that we take pride in, the blood draw will be performed—a procedure that is often painless in our medical assistant's expert hands. Afterward, if you’d like, we can offer a refreshment of sparkling or still water.
Detailed, Personalized Results Review
From there, your sample is carefully packaged and sent to the laboratory for analysis. But the difference doesn’t stop with the experience of the blood draw itself. Once your results are in, your physician will review them in detail. Instead of the usual "everything looks normal" portal message you get from a nurse three weeks later at a standard practice, you’ll receive a personalized and detailed analysis from your doctor at your upcoming appointment, explaining what the results mean, why they matter, and how they influence your personalized care plan.
Based on your preferences and the testing at hand, we might schedule a follow-up consultation, either in person or over the phone, to discuss any necessary adjustments to your care plan. For many of our patients who are on the go or who like to mull over their labs a bit more, we can also send a detailed step-by-step analysis via email. Our goal at every touchpoint is to ensure that you fully understand your health metrics and feel empowered in your healthcare decisions.
